팸스터디 개인정보처리방침 최종 업데이트: 2026-09-05 팸스터디(이하 "앱")는 가족이 자녀의 학습 일정·숙제·준비물을 함께 관리하고, 보호자가 자녀의 기기 사용 현황을 함께 살펴보도록 돕는 서비스입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관하는지 설명합니다. 1. 수집하는 정보 • 계정 정보: 이메일, 표시 별명, 역할(학생/보호자), 암호화된 비밀번호. FamStudy Privacy Policy Last updated: 2026-09-05 FamStudy ("the app") helps families manage a child's study schedule, homework, and supplies together, and lets a guardian review how the child uses their device. This policy explains what information the app collects, and how it is used and stored. 1. Information We Collect • Account info: email, display nickname, role (student/parent), hashed password. (If you sign up with Google, the email and profile Google provides.) • Study data: timetable, homework, supplies, events, completion status. • Photos (optional): images you upload to register homework or notices, used only for text recognition (OCR); they are deleted immediately after processing and not stored separately on our servers. • Subscription & payment: subscription status, expiry, and purchase token. Payments are processed by Google Play; the app does not store card or payment-method details. • Connection info: parent-student connection codes and relationships. • Device usage info (child mode only): the name and package name of apps used on the child's device and how long they were used, battery level and charging state, and network connectivity. See section 3 for details. 2. How We Use Information • To provide study-schedule management features. • To share data between a parent and student (only when both accept the connection). • To auto-register items via text recognition from photos. • To let a guardian review the child's device usage and support healthy study habits. 3. Child Device Usage Information (Child Mode) This section applies only when a guardian has linked the child's device to FamStudy and enabled child mode. None of this information is collected on a guardian's own device. What we collect • App usage and sessions: the package name and display name of apps launched on the child's device, along with start and end times and duration. • Battery level and charging state. • Network connectivity state. What we never collect We do not collect location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone audio, camera images, keystrokes, screenshots, or advertising identifiers. We do not capture screen content or what the child views or types inside an app; we only measure which app was used and for how long. The child's awareness While collection is active, the child's device shows a persistent notification that cannot be dismissed, so the child is always aware that usage is being recorded. Before child mode is enabled, the child's device displays an explicit disclosure screen listing exactly what is shared and what is never collected. The app is not designed for covert installation and does not operate without the child's knowledge. Sharing and stopping collection Collected information is visible only to guardians linked to that child. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. A guardian may unlink at any time, and collection stops immediately when child mode is turned off or the app is removed from the child's device. 4. Storage and Protection • Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. • Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after OCR processing and are not retained on our servers. • Passwords are stored in a non-reversible form (PBKDF2 hash). • Account data is accessible only to the user and family members who have accepted a mutual connection. 5. Children's Privacy (COPPA / under 14) FamStudy is a family app where guardians manage a child's learning together. To protect children's privacy we follow these principles: • Child accounts are created by the guardian. We do not collect identifying information such as email or password directly from a child; we use only the nickname and grade entered by the guardian. • A child's learning data (timetable, homework, supplies, and photos used for recognition) is processed under the guardian's consent and control, and photos are deleted immediately after recognition. • Device usage information is collected only when a guardian has personally linked the child's device and enabled child mode, and the child's device displays a persistent notification while collection is active. • This app does not show ads.
